OPS has extensive linkages and collaborations with both foreign and national research institutions and funding agencies.

Major funding agencies like the USAID, WB, ADB, UNFPA and NIH-Fogarty have supported the work of OPS.

Research institutions like the Carolina Population Center of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins University, East-West Center, University of the Philippines Population Institute, Research Institute for Mindanao Culture and Central Philippines University have been major research collaborators of the Office.
